Given the nature of our cooking classes, our refund and rescheduling policy is different from standard return policies. Since we prepare for each class by purchasing fresh ingredients and allocating resources, our policy accounts for these preparatory costs.
- Cancel 2 Days before the event to receive a future credit: While we cannot offer a monetary refund due to the perishable nature of our class ingredients, we are pleased to provide a credit coupon, applicable toward any future class of your choosing.
- Same-Day Cancellation We prepare for our classes in advance, with ingredients purchased according to the number of expected attendees. If you cancel on the same day as the class, we are unable to provide a refund or credit coupon due to the expenses already incurred for your booking. We encourage you to pass your booking onto someone else who can attend in your place. Please inform us of any such changes at the earliest opportunity, so we can provide them with the best possible experience.
