Mini Chef Monthly Classes

🦁❄️ Mini Chefs in Narnia: Whisking Through the Wardrobe🦁❄️

Step through the wardrobe and into a snowy kitchen inspired by the world of Narnia!
 In this magical winter bake, Mini Chefs will whisk, mix, and create from scratch — 


  • Lucy’s Lemon Scones — buttery scones with lemon zest and a dusting of powdered sugar snow
  • Mr. Tumnus’ Toasted White Hot Chocolate — hand-whisked cocoa topped with fluffy whipped “snowdrifts”
  • Edmund’s Sweet Sprinkle Bar — a magical topping station where Mini Chefs can choose: 
  • ❄️ Snowflake Sprinkles — the snow that sparkles across Narnia
  • 🍬 Crushed Peppermint— represents the White Witch’s Turkish Delight, a reminder to choose kindness 
  • 💛 Gold Edible Sprinkles— the lamppost’s golden glow that lights the way home

This  whimsical, hands-on class blends storytelling and baking as young chefs  learn to cut cold butter into flour, shape and bake their own scones,  and safely whisk warm cocoa on the stove. It’s a cozy afternoon of  pastry, play, and winter wonder.

Mini Chefs: Cookie and Milk

In this hands-on workshop, students will bake Rustic S’mores Chocolate Chip Cookies topped with toasted marshmallow and a chocolate drizzle.

This class is inspired by one of our Young Chefs — and now published author — Chase Foreman. Each student will take home the new book Cookie and Milk. This story has a wonderful message, and we’d love for you to join us in supporting our Young Chef and author!
