Apple Cider Donuts with Maple Glaze

Age 6–15 | Seasonal Treat Workshop (2 hrs)
Warm, cozy, and coated in cinnamon-sugar, these baked apple-cider donuts bring the fall festival indoors! Students will reduce cider for flavor, mix and pipe batter into donut pans, and dip their creations in a glossy maple glaze. A perfect intro to quick-batter baking and glazing technique.

This fun, hands-on class combines creativity, cooking skills, and a little Christmas chaos as students make bubbly baked mac & cheese with buttery crumb topping and fudgy no-bake “Snowstorm” cookies.
