Warm, cozy, and coated in cinnamon-sugar, these baked apple-cider donuts bring the fall festival indoors! Students will reduce cider for flavor, mix and pipe batter into donut pans, and dip their creations in a glossy maple glaze. A perfect intro to quick-batter baking and glazing technique.
