Whip, roll, and swirl your way into fall baking perfection!
In this hands-on class, students create a bakery-style pumpkin roll from scratch — complete with a creamy maple-spice filling and crunchy candied pecan topping.Young chefs will bake a thin, flexible pumpkin sponge, roll it warm to “train” the swirl, then fill and re-roll for that picture-perfect spiral. Along the way, they’ll master pro tricks for preventing cracks, parchment vs. towel rolling, and how to slice clean, beautiful servings.✨ Our Chef will also demo how to make a delicious Sausage Croissant Stuffing that’s perfect for sharing at your own Thanksgiving table and send home the recipe for them to recreate at home.

In this hands-on workshop, students will bake Rustic Smores Chocolate Chip Cookies topped with toasted marshmallow and a chocolate drizzle, inspired by Chase’s new children’s book, Cookie and Milk. Together, we’ll mix, shape, and bake golden, chewy cookies with a cozy, rustic twist.
After baking, Chef Chase will share about his journey as a young author and sign copies of his debut book for each participant to take home.
