    Ciao,  Young Chefs! This winter break, we’re kicking off our global culinary  journey in Italy — the land of pasta, bread, and cozy winter traditions.

    In this hands-on workshop, students will roll up their sleeves to make:

    • 🍝 Fresh Egg Pasta with Alfredo Sauce 
      (from scratch — kneaded, rolled & cut by hand)
    • Handmade Breadsticks
    • Classic Tiramisu

    Part of our Winter Around the World Culinary Workshop Series

    Hola, Young Chefs! This winter break, we’re heading south of the border to explore the vibrant flavors and festive traditions of Mexico — without leaving the kitchen!

    In this hands-on workshop, students will create two authentic favorites completely from scratch:

    •  Chicken Enchiladas with Scratch Red Sauce
       
    •  Churros with Cinnamon Sugar & Chocolate Dipping Sauce

     This  winter break, we’re celebrating the elegance of France with a hands-on  culinary adventure. From savory bites to delicate sweets, students will  learn authentic French techniques and create two classics completely  from scratch:

    • 🥧 Mini Quiche Lorraine – homemade pastry filled with silky custard, ham, and cheese
    • 🍬 French Macarons with Buttercream Filling – elegant, colorful sandwich cookies

    Konnichiwa, Young Chefs! Start the New Year with flavor and fun as we explore the culinary traditions of Japan. In this hands-on workshop, students will craft two iconic dishes completely from scratch:

    • 🥟 Gyoza – pan-fried dumplings with handmade wrappers
       
    • 🍜 Yakisoba – fresh noodles stir-fried with veggies & savory sauce
