Chef Cameron will kick off the evening with a live culinary demonstration of his signature
Butternut Squash Soup with Apple & Sage
— a warm, comforting start to our autumn menu.
Then, roll up your sleeves and work in teams to prepare the heart of the feast:
- Maple-Glazed Roasted Chicken
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries
We'll wrap up the evening with a decadent tasting of Spiced Pumpkin Cheesecake, the perfect sweet ending to your harvest table.
